I was searching for a table-top, low volume, quality heating device to heat-wrap (take care not to confuse heat-wrap vs. shrink-warp, which are two very different processes) my products in cellophane. I had no prior experience, but found the heating device to be user-friendly (the "poker" is a huge help in the process). For my purpose I give the device 5 Stars. By far my biggest issue was with the right cellophane. The company does offer one precut sheet on Amazon, but I needed 4 different size sheets and was hoping to find the correct size precut to make the wrapping easiest as possible. One has to do a fair amount of research to understand the exact type and thickness of the cellophane needed. I searched from coast to coast and could find no one that would be precut for a reasonable price. I was ready to give up and return the device when the company offered to precut the exact size sheets I needed, at a very reasonable price, and the company figured out a way to actually sell 2500 of each size via Amazon, which gave me the confidence I needed, knowing that if anything went wrong, Amazon would advocate on my behalf. Any idea how much 10,000 sheets weigh? A lot!! The shipping cost alone could easily exceed that of the sheets. By being able to order via Amazon, I was able to advantage of Prime Free Shipping. But, in order for this transaction to take place, ultimately I needed to dialogue directly with the company, outside the Amazon framework. So, after many texts via WhatsUp, we finally agreed upon the size and the price. Upon receiving the best wrapped package I have ever seen (which is necessary to transport 10,000 sheets from overseas!!!) I realized the company made a mistake in the sizing for two of the sheets. When I pointed this out, the spokesperson immediately stated they would replace them (5000 sheets) for no extra charge; rare these days!!! I found their Customer Service to be excellent and timely, in spite of the time difference. After a reasonably short wait, the replacement sheets arrived, expertly packaged as before! So, in addition to giving the device 5 Stars, I also give the most reputable company and their outstanding customer service 5 stars+!! RY
