SB-6400 is a Wet Look Penetrating Sealer ideal for horizontal and vertical surfaces including cultured and natural stone containing quartz or other silica's. Also suitable for concrete, concrete and clay pavers, grout, unglazed tile and terra cotta. Not recommended for marble, limestone, agglomerate tiles and polished surfaces with a high gloss finish as they do not absorb the sealer. ALWAYS TEST FIRST. SB-6400 is a low VOC, water based blend of silane/siloxane and polymers that will create both a water and oil repellent finish. SB-6400 seals and enhances the beauty of new and old surfaces with a luxurious, wet look, matte finish that enriches surface tone and color contrast. It is breathable and will not trap efflorescence, allowing it to be applied immediately after new paving stones are installed. SB-6400 improves surface durability and freeze-thaw resistance while protecting the surface from salt, acid, and staining from oil, food, and other contaminants. One gallon coverage rate: Natural Stone and Clay Pavers 200 - 600 sf, High Density Concrete and Pavers 200 - 400 sf, Low Density Concrete and Pavers 50 - 200 sf. Always apply two coats and apply wet-on-wet at right angles to the first coat using approximately two thirds of the estimated amount on the first coat and one third on the second ensuring saturation. Do not allow surface to dry in between coats. Remove puddles/excess material immediately with a foam roller. Actual coverage may vary depending on the type, age, condition, porosity of the surface, application method and other local conditions such as temperature & humidity.
