Does what it is supposed to do. Maybe it was a little larger than I was expecting, but otherwise fits the job well, and fit another circulator, not an Anova. That was a plus. It is at least sturdy enough to pick it up and move it when over half filled, but does not feel strong enough to be careless with that, twist or just be rough. The rack seems mostly useless. I was expecting to have it be close enough to the water to hold packages under water when they start releasing some air or gases during cooking and begin to float more. For this to be so, it seems the tub must be nearly full of water, likely higher than the max level mark on my circulator, so not very useful. I guess I might appreciate a variable height setting, maybe a reversible rack with two different height settings. I did try using the magnets available separately but they did not seem to work well with the rack as I had seen in some illustrations, so just used them as weights and I guess that was ok. I should mention that I live on, and use it on, a boat, so both size and water use are a concern, neither being unlimited. I would probably buy again for shore home use, but maybe just continue with my old large pot for shipboard use.The Anova worked very well and was easy to set up and use. While storage can be a bit of a problem the product is worthwhile and can actually handle a full sous video meal. This is my mid-sized sous vide container. I like the top rack and how well the lid fits and appears to be double-walled. The hole for the cooker is a tight fit which makes sense but can be a little annoying if you're removing and putting the lid back on during setup and cooking.I love sous vide. This works well, but it is just huge. I had been using a large stock pot, but this baby will hold maybe three racks of ribs. That reminds me- I need to make some ribs! It greatly reduces evaporation. I'd been using plastic wrap and foil with the pot. We have very hard water, and it reacted with the foil. This solves two problems for me. RIBS!Easy to use and cleanWe are really enjoying this product to sous vide our meals, however, it takes quite a bit of time to heat up because of its size. It's also pretty big to store but do like the quality of the plastic and durability. Here's an update. I received 3 emails for this package. One said on it's way. One said it will be delayed a day and one said Delivered handed to resident. I was really worried since I was home and never received the package. Today the package was delivered so I am super happy it wasn't handed to someone that didn't live at our address. Totally happy with the delivery and the item.Yeah, this is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I wanted a large tub because I like to put in large cuts of BBQ meat. There wasn't a lot of options, but I pulled the trigger on this even though it cost more than the Inkbird Sous Vide itself. It's made from a high quality plastic and the curve design really help with cicularation. I like the built in rack, but wish it was mounted lower in the tube because you have to fill almost all they way up for the floaters to hit the top of the rack and still be submerged. I also like the built in trivet and rubber gasket lid.TL:DR; It's worth paying money for a sous vide tub that is designed specifically for SV.Previously I’d hesitate to use my Anova but not since having this gem.I’ve used it a good few times now, no issues, everything fits perfectly, no warping and condensate is a minimum. It’s no longer a hassle to setup and monitor and I find I am using it more as I no longer have to setup a saucepan and go through the ceremony of trying to make it all fit and ensure no gaps.Very glad I brought it, despite some reviews being mediocre. The tank was fine - initially - but as others have said, particularly for such a high price, I’d expect better stability. I’m sure I can make a frame to hold the sides in well enough to hold the rack in place - but I shouldn't need to!The container works perfect!I like the spacings on the bottom that makes sure that the surface where you place the container will not be damaged. The lid has a perfect match with the container too.But it is rather large (not the containers fault but i need to cook more)I should have listened to the other reviews, the container warps significantly when filled with water, and is made worse when heated, creating a really bad seal with the lid and making the included rack not fit into the molded tabs. If this was a $20 product, I'd be a little more forgiving, but for $110, you can get multiple sizes of containers from other brands that hold their shape.Stick to the cheaper brands that are designed to be used with Anova Circulators. This is a $20 dollar container with a $90 dollar Anova label on it.Good quality
