Okay. First off, the dense foam padding is ideal for heavy bag work, although if you're a puncher looking for that solid feedback- these aren't the gloves for you. And the biggest issue was the size. I bought an 18 oz pair which would normally equate to about XXL. These are an XL. After one week of use and I cannot wear hand wraps without it being uncomfortable. The ERGO STRAP system doesn't quite provide the protection you think it would. Again, some of this is just preference to most. All around its a decent glove, but not Rival's best.These gloves suck, the padding didn't match its price and they were a waist of money, but to late to get my money back
