This is not a high-end product. But I do recommend it for someone starting out. I highly recommend this product, which is real as to say I don’t usually do.I would recommend this for so much starting off with vacuum sealing if they want to try it there are better products out there, but this is one to get you started and teach you on a cheap and what’s going on. I have been well satisfied, and I will continue to use it in the future.Just received my new Inkbird Vacuum/Sealer. The size of the unit is quite small but it vacuums and seals very quickly. There is a button to pick if the item in the bag is moist or dry to make sure thay it works properly. I used it to vacuum hamburgers to be cooked in my Inkbird Sous Vide and it worked fantastic. I am really happy with this new machine and the price was really good also. I would recommend this to anyone looking to purchase a vacuum/sealer.Ok so after using a Food Saver vacuum sealer at a friend's, and after much debate looking at all the different prices and brands... I went with ink bird and decided if it lasts five uses it's going to have paid for itself. Well I have used it 5 times and it still works like brand new. The only thing I have to say is if you are sealing something wet, the vacuum is strong enough that it will pull some of the wet out of the bag, that's no big deal, but the machine does have problems sealing after there is moisture in-between the bag layers. I'm thinking perhaps the heating element cannot get as hot as needed when moisture is involved. So the wet/dry vacuum seal is something I've had to play with. Once understanding what I was working with, well, I have no complaints.So far I like my little gadget it really works good. I however took a star off because of the noise, I really didn’t expect it. Now that’s my first food vacuum thingie and I cannot compare it to other brands, are them all that nosy? Regardless, I am going to keep it and hope my neighbors will not complain lolI have not had the item long enough to give a honest opinion based on usageThis vacuum sealer quickly, quietly, and efficiently prepares bagged foods for storage maintaining freshness and preserving expiration date. Required tool for the well equipped home kitchen!Product seems to work fine, but the containers lose the suction sometimesIt took my awhile to get it working (users error) I decided to wing it before reading the instructions. Afterwards it's super easy to use. Comes with bags and a roll to make bags. Totally recommended it if you want to buy a vacuum sealer instead of paying brand name prices.Buenos días, ayer me llegó la selladora y quería comentarles que la puse a prueba metiendo un platano a una de las bolsas que vienen con la selladora, posteriormente fue puesto al vacío y sellado, no tuve ningún problema al momento de hacer este procedimiento, funcionó bien, pero, al día siguiente fuí a ver la bolsa con el plátano y la bolsa se encontraba con aire... traté de hacer otra prueba y fatal, no se realizó el vacío al 100% y jamás selló la bolsa. procederé a realizar mi reembolso, no es posible que manden este tipo de productos.No duro nada, ya no prende, no sirve para uso rudoHasta ahorita ( una sola vez la he usado) bien, espero que sea por mucho tiempo.Me encantóES UNA MÁQUINA DE GRAN AYUDA EN LA COCINA
