Terrible quality. It does not seal as it should. The seal melts the bag even after adjusting the temperature. I bought a new sealer from a local retail store...it looks exactly the same but works perfectly. Initially I thought I was the faulty user, but now know that it was this sealer that was faulty. I wasted a lot of money, time and a lot of bags on this and if I had a choice, I would give it zero stars. Using this sealer has caused me so much frustration. I would be satisfied if I could have my money back (or a new machine that actually worked) but since it's been a while, I doubt that will happen. I was very discouraged from any sealer after using this one....and it was only years later until I bought a new one locally, that confirmed that the sealer I received through this amazon order was a complete waste...a discovery a bit too late for a refund/replacement.Can't believe I waited so long to get this! It saves so much time and energy!Have only used it once and it was not what we were hoping for.It seals. My only problem is the rubber sealy thing on top slides off over time, and you have to move it back for it to work properly. Besides that this thing is perfect.This product is super. It seals evenly. I've have problems with other sealers. This one is better and very reasonably priced.We use it for sealing cookie single serve bags. Works great.so far so good
