Small cracks in asphalt surfaces are prone to further erosion. If not sealed in time, they eventually lead to bigger structural problems in the future. The sooner you can seal them, the better. For this task, use only a reliable material that requires little preparation & drying time - the FloMix Asphalt Repair from Roklin Systems, Inc.Modern Cold Patch Asphalt Repair SolutionOriginally developed as a rapid runway asphalt repair system for the military in the 1980s, FloMix consists of a cold-applied liquid and aggregate slurry that hardens in minutes. It repairs asphalt freeways, highways, driveways, and floors. You can use it as the need arises without removing the damaged asphalt. You may also apply it without using hot asphalt and heavy equipment. Provides Long-Lasting Enhanced RepairFloMix owes its excellent flowability to rounded sand. This patented aggregate is polymer-coated in our plant. It improves the strength of the overall repair. Self-compacting and with a high-traction surface, FloMix can be finished precisely to grade, resulting in a smoother ride over the repaired areas. During application, feather it into the surrounding asphalt to form a repair that blends in visually with the existing pavement. 2 Pail Kits Available3 gallons - Delivers 0.2 cubic feet, covering approximately 20 square feet at a thickness of 1/8″5 gallons - Delivers 0.4 cubic feet, covering approximately 50 square feet at a thickness of 1/8″Apply It in 4 Simple Steps1. ??????????? ???????? ??????? ???????? - For all your asphalt restoration procedures, trust FloMix. Use this cost-effective crack sealer on a freeway or driveway repair. Formulated differently from a cement crack filler, it seals and waterproofs spalls, cracks, or holes in any asphalt surface.
????? ?? ??????? - With this fast-reacting crack filler kit, you can make asphalt repair projects service-ready in as little as 30 minutes. Our asphalt repair sealer provides long-lasting repair without dig-outs or removal of the damaged surface.
???????? ???????? ????? ?????? - Enjoy enhanced flowability with our crack filler. Unaffected by extreme heat and cold, our driveway sealant contains naturally rounded, polymer-coated sand that makes it flow more easily, strengthening the asphalt repair process.
?? ?????? & ??? ??????? ?????? - Say goodbye to a traditional asphalt crack sealer that requires a separate primer and saw cutting. This asphalt patch kit is complete. It includes Sides A and B liquids and topping sand and has a 6-8 minute working time at 75ºF.
???? ??????????? - You can set up our asphalt filler in less than 10 minutes. It can be mixed in its bucket container using asphalt tools such as a hand drill. After mixing it, pour or trowel it directly on the clean, deteriorated surface. Then, top the surface with the topping sand.
This stuff is amazing—it creates a strong, tough repair in minutes! Yes, it's so fast you have to be on your toes to work fast before it gells, so have your repair site ready before mixing this up. That's one word of advice, get it into the hole and screed it out quickly. Another is to save product by first packing the hole with gravel pebbles to act as filler, and the product will flow around the rocks to form a bond and a solid monolith of repair. Another point I must raise is that when you're figuring out how much to buy, a 5-gallon bucket is not 5 gallons of material, it is a 5 gallon container that houses a kit made up of two one-gallon jugs of epoxy to be mixed, plus the required amount of aggregate sand and a bag of topping sand (which prevents the repair from ending up with an undesirably glossy surface). The resulting yield is about 3 gallons. My driveway was riddled with some big ugly "birdbath" depressions (look at your driveway after a rainstorm to see why it's called that), and I need 3 kits to level out these holes. Still it was 1/10th the cost of re-doing the driveway. Bye-bye birdbaths!
